It's hard to argue with results! We met Julie on a Friday for a short consultation. Julie & team began staging the next Tuesday, added a few final finishes on Wednesday, New photos were taken (to update the listing) that day and were posted by Thursday morning. By Sunday (Mother's Day) we were celebrating a negotiated offer on the house! And there was an accepted back-up offer as well. It must have been the staging!?! I've always thought it just takes the right buyer at the right time - but after several months on the market (with the house lived-in, then empty, then staged) we were ready to try staging.
