I had braces for 6 months, the Sure Smile's. They worked great! My smile was amazing!... 2 months after I got them off I broke my permanent retainer on my top teeth. Called to get and emergency appointment and didn't get in for 2 MORE months! in the mean time my teeth spaced back so much that I couldn't get my retainer back in to keep my teeth straight! Now he's put braces BACK on and it's the same Sure Smile I'm going on my 8th month now and he's screwed my teeth up so much that they are basically NOT fixable!! Do I sound like a happy patient? NOT AT ALL! try this for a change, being a college student and entering the medical field. Not being taken seriously because I'm almost 20 and still look 14 with braces on. When I ask about the time frame for how much longer, he ignores me. I would NEVER recommend someone to this Orthodontist because of the poor treatment I have received from HIM and his staff!
