Beware of this business. After purchasing a love seat and sofa and making it clear at the time of the purchase that the items needed to be delivered and taken upstairs they sent two young teenage boys with two weeks of experience in moving furniture to try an accomplish the job. They broke one of our light fixture along with with damage to the drywall and paint throughout the path. The boys managed to break the back of the sofa and did not leave the electronic cords to make the powered recliners work. After taking pictures and numerous text, emails and personal visit to the store they replaced the sofa with another sofa that was damaged and has not fixed the damage to our walls after being promised that it would by the owner Dan Ball. Attempts at contact to get the repairs have been ignored.
