Thaler Machine Company manufactures scroll and spherical parts, turbine blades, machined castings, aircraft landing light bezels, inconel valves, lead screws and lifesaving airbag subassemblies. It has in-house tooling and fixturing, horizontal and vertical machining, lathing and jig grinding capabilities. The company s other capabilities include forging, permanent mold casting and heat treating. Thaler Machine Company maintains a staff of designers, engineers, toolmakers and machinists. Operating for more than 55 years, the company is ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100:2004 certified. It serves the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and maintains one of its locations in Miamisburg, Ohio.
