Best and fast taxi service!

MINUS 1000. Horrible staff. Drivers should have their licenses revoked. Drive kept hiking up the price once we were on the highway. He dropped us off about half hour from our house and we had to figure out how to get home. Driver was yelling at us and blaming us that the trip was to far. He couldn't read the highway signs. If you decide to use this company, you are taking your life into your hands and also remember, they hike the price ( almost double) once you are on the road.

-10 stars is what I should choose, called in for a car and asked if its gonna be right away, said yes.. they let me wait an entire 42 minutes in the bitter cold winter weather of 2015, they have terrible attitude and bang down the phones and wont let u finish... the worst taxi service that I've ever seen! SHAME ON THEM!

Terrible driver!!! Was screaming on me during entire trip. Wasn't able to locate my destination address. Will never use them again, and I won't recommend any one to ride with them.

dangerous drivers, one driver hit side of my car backing out into a street without looking! not forthcoming about documentation, need to get police involved.

Horrible! On evening of November 8, driver claimed he was lost, would not listen to my directions. Had picked me up on 45 in Spring Valley, I asked him to take me to Valley Cottage, he nodded and said ok. All he had to do was travel down Route 59 and then make 1 left at a light. At last minute, he claims he's lost and forces me to get out of the taxi before turning right where I needed him to go. I pleaded with him to just make the turn so that I could get home but he completely ignored me. He also made me pay him without taking me to my destination and left me at the bottom of a very steep hill in the pouring rain. I think it unwise of a company to employ individuals who quite obviously don't know the local area, and/or people who lack in appropriate service. I will NEVER travel with La Familia Taxi again because of this experience.
