Was a weekly breakfast favorite for years because of the good food, and comfortable atmosphere. Lack of supervision of wait-staff is causing service to suffer. This is not an isolated incident, but is becoming chronic. Today waited 30 minutes to have someone take our order. Waited almost 15 minutes for frst cup of coffee which always seems to be "brewing" and never ready on demand. Had to send food back because special requests were ignored. Wait staff sitting with friends chatting, while dirty plates were never cleared away. The waitresses are always pleasant, but have become complacent. A shame really to see this happen to what used to be a gem of a cafe.
