I am new to SPRING and because of locale, I decided to use the Walgreens on Louetta. Unfortunately, they never have the medicine needed therefore it is not ready as time indicated on call in, NOR does anyone call me back to let me know. I now call in before I go to ensure prescription is ready to avoid a blank trip more than once.

I will have to give this location a chance since my 2nd experience was not a good one. I had to switch from CVS to them due to insurance changes. I called to verify if my prescription was in. After being on hold for over 1 hr, I called their CS line to report this. They got thru to a manager who called and confirmed it was there. Another person ans my cell ph finally and said that they just did not have enough people to ans the phones and they were too busy. I hope that this does not happen again. To their credit, when I called months ago for my husbands prescription, the pharmacist was awesome and answered all of my questions regarding each of his meds and did so very knowledgeably and patiently.
