I would NOT advise anyone to go to this salon. I immediately found the staff very rude. The woman who did my mani/pedi cut my skin several times on my hands and feet. She was removing my acrylic nails and spilled a bowl of acetone in my lap and proceeded to blame me. It was a terrible experience, I will never return.

I would never return to this salon. The techs were extremely rude to the point they made me feel very uncomfortable. Also the older gentleman at the front desk is very unfriendly. Too many salons here to be treated this way.

Worst experience ever. I went to enjoy a nice pedicure and manicure at the end of the day when i had time just so happened they were close to closing time but that doesn't mean you rush your customers and are rude to them or don't do your job right. i wasted so much money because i didn't even get my full pedicure like i was supposed to. i was supposed to get the massage hot towel etc. instead she just painted my toes and ran home. then whoever did my nails didn't do them correctly because 4 have them have already chipped just from me zipping a zipper. i regret ever going to this place and do not recommend these disrespectful people to anyone.

The staff and owners are extremely rude but they do an amazing job.if you can get passed them being nasty your nails will be amazing.

I always have a great experience at U nails and it keeps me going back every other week. The employees are friendly, they do a good job and i am never sore after wards. The best pedicures ever! they even do facials.

This place is horrible! My nails were sore and broke 3 days later, they have rude girls working there. When I went to complain, 3 people got in my face and yelled at me for about 10 minutes as I tried to explain why I wanted a refund. Very unprofessional. They did not clean the working area of nail clippings and the liquid monomer dirty. I took my best friend for her birthday and we left with air bubbles and a hair in our nails.
