Horrible experience - don't take your clothes here. I had pants hemmed and the hem fell out after only 2 wears. When I went back to ask them to fix it - they told me that they were not the ones that hemmed it to begin with and that it wasn't their thread and informing me that I must be thinking about a different pair of pants. After arguing for about 10 min - I told them that they would never get my business again and that I would tell my friends not to bring anything here either, their response was apathetic - they could have cared less that they did a poor job to begin with and they were loosing business.

Very expensive, but they do a great job on everything that I have taken to them
