I paid for an oil change but then I checked the oil in my car when I got home and it was dirty. I had my husband and a neighbor confirm that it looked dirty to them too. For comparison, my neighbor checked his oil on his pickup that has over 150,000 mile on the engine and 2,000 mile since his last oil change and his oil looked a lot better than mine did after my "oil change" and driving it less than 10 miles. I brought the car back in and spoke to the manager, her said it was "normal" for the oil to look dirty from the engine (I have less than 15,000 miles on my car). So if you think that oil should be dirty after it has been changed, this is the place to go get your oil changed!! PS the manager was also very RUDE! PS they did a good job on the car wash.
