A warm reception and courteous staff.... The doctor, Dr. Lopp, went out of his way to help me over the weekend after another doctor had started treatment.... He was able to diagnose the problem and finish treatment with no pain and a very gentle chair side manner. I have sent several people as referrals and wouldn't hesitate to send anyone I know to see him.

Wow, has this office changed for the better! Great service, the same professional dental staff present to great you at each visit. Dr. Loop is a friendly, courteous, and concerned dentist. My entire family has received dental check ups and cleanings to include bridge work for myself and we a nothing, but pleased with the service. Would highly recommend this group of professionals!

There is no urgent care for patients in need of care due to pain. I witnessed the staff refusing a patient who was in need of care due to infection and the staff refused to allow her to keep an appointment with the dentist. The patient became upset and was crying and I witnessed the staff laughing as they continued to harass and humiliate the patient by threatening to call the police as the patient asked if she could see another dentist for another opinion. As a patient I am deeply appalled by the unprofessionalism and inhuman treatment by the staff at this dental office.
