My husband and I purchased a refrigerator two days ago, and was delivered today. Unfortunately, there were a few scratches that were rather unpleasant to look at. I was kind of half expecting that he will say, "well, the delivery guy is gone, there's nothing we can do about it, or you're going to wait for so many days. None of that came. Instead, the store manager named Mark, promptly checked for availability of the same model, and said it will be delivered at my earliest convenience. By the way, the lady who I talked to prior to the store manager was pleasant, and the other manager I talked to yesterday, I talked his name was John, arranged for the delivery schedule. My husband goes to Lowes from time time. It was my FIRST TIME, but now Lowes got another loyal customer in me!

A 70 year old widow, who has always seen Lowe's as a place for her husband to pick up home improvement items from time to time and just a store. Today however, both Gregg working with screws and Raymond Martinez in plumbing exemplified customer service to the maximum and put a caring face on Lowe's, like never experienced.
