      CAUTION: Bos will have many hidden cost! Extra charges for counter top installation, Cabinet installations, landscaping,carpet and other materials and labor. What ever quote you receive from them add around 10% at least. Have a lawyer look over the contract and make them provide a detailed itemized list of materials and labor. staff argued with use on how we wanted the house. We did change some things per there request, this was a mistake now changing to the way we originally wanted costing more money! There are plenty of houses on the market that would have saved us thousands of dollars and lots of stress! Very bad experience, Worse decision I ever made building a new house with BOS!
