This is the worst place to go !! BEWARE!! I had paid for my son's braces in full. The last visit they come to me (Amy Bouvier) and tell me my son's treatment is done and they can't fix his spaces so go bond them. I was throw off and surprised by this statement because I thought we still were in treatment. I went to 2 dentist and both told me he is too young to have his teeth bonded. I went to other ortho's Sain and Pack and both advised his teeth can be straight. When I went back and told them of my other opinions they told me I was lied to. Now I am in the fight to try and get my money back because they never finished the job. I am turning them over to BBB and the Dental Board. When I went and told them this they do not seem to care or when I ask for a refund that is not part of their job to give refunds. No one will tell me whose job it is or work with me.

These guys are great and run a trustworthy local business. I know the owners and many of the employees personally and am happy to share positive words about them. They have been around for over 20 years and help educate the kids in our community.

The employees at Snodgrass King in Spring Hill are fantastic! My two year old daughter couldn't stop talking about the experience she had at the dentist. It is refreshing to see that Customer Service still exists! We recommend Snodgrass to all our friends. We couldn't ask for better service!

I really like Snodgrass King Dental Assoc..but whoever is picking up the phone at the front desk, needs a happy pill because she sounds like a jerk..didn't even give me her name nor did she say your welcome at the end of our conversation...and then she pretty much says why am I calling because my daughter is not due for another cleaning for another couple of months..Duh don't you think I know this!!! I am calling for a whole different other issue!!! RUDE!!!!!!!

Dr Bryan has been our dentist for around 4 years. He's AWESOME! The pediatric side (they have an adult affiliate too) is great. The ladies are all very pleasant and easy to work with. They will review brushing techniques each time if you want. I would highly recommend.

These guys pay thousands of dollars for advertising, throw some toys in an office, hire dentists who can't cut it on their own reputation and pay them commission for finding problems with your children's teeth. Beware! There are many other dentists who will see children in Spring Hill and you can go back next time and the dentist/owner will be the same dentist who saw them last visit.
