Long wait times, poor customer service, and inaccurate prescriptions, have sabotaged most corporate pharmacy reputations. They have become disrespected and dreaded by the general public. Doctor of Pharmacy, Ahmad Adhami, was well aware of these stigmas when he began this profession. Ahmad brings back exceptional customer service with professional, fast, and friendly associates and free delivery to most customers. His mission is to provide specialized pharmaceutical care with superb customer service by working with patients and their health care professionals. Ahmad and his associates keep close working relationships with local doctors and nurses to make sure prescriptions are appropriate for their medical conditions, including medications that require custom compounding (special medications that are not available in retail pharmacies). For parents with sick children, Ahmad has eliminated the need to bring them to the pharmacy. Patients simply ask their doctor to fax the prescription to B&B Pharmacy where they happily fill and deliver the medications. This service includes any over-the-counter medications. As an additional convenience to his customers Ahmad offers 24-hour emergency prescription service, meaning he will personally fill and deliver medications at all hours of the night. Customers are amazed at the difference in service when compared to the corporate chain pharmacies. Located conveniently near The Crossings Shopping Center in Spring Hill in the Crye Leike Plaza, B&B Pharmacy has a drive thru window and after hours drop box. And although from the outside it looks like any other pharmacy, the welcoming at the door with smiles and greeting from the associates indicates quickly that this isn’t just another pharmacy. The retail area is full of boutique style gifts including Crabtree and Evelyn’s bath, body, and skin care line, Melissa & Doug children’s toys, Burt’s Bees natural products and many more gifts and treasures. They also feature a full line of over-the- counter products for everyday needs like first aid, pain relief, and cold/allergy care. The DME (Durable Medical Equipment) line includes wheelchairs, walkers, canes, bath seats, wall grips, crutches and braces, nebulizers, diabetic foot and leg wear, and many other healthcare supplies. Ahmad takes great care in making sure his customers can get what they need. If he doesn’t have it, he’ll order it and deliver it. Such orders and deliveries occur the very next day in most cases. He will give no reason for his customers to feel that they are not taken care of or cared for. To reach even further, B&B Pharmacy delivers everything from hospital beds to oxygen tanks and demonstrates to the patient how to use them in home. Spring Hill has never seen these types of services locally.

I called to get a medication that some pharmacies do not keep on hand. They said no problem, where others said they wouldn't order something that isn't kept on hand all the time. Found a new , closer pharmacy.

Oh my goodness! This is the most customer-friendly establishment I've ever come in contact with! My 5-month old has severe reflux, and our insurance refused to refill his compounded suspension at our regular pharmacy. After searching high and low, I happened to pull by B&B just to find out their hours, and the pharmacist met me at the door and talked about my situation for almost 30 minutes after closing time. Then, he compounded our prescription and met me on a Sunday afternoon just so my son wouldn't run out! Who gives this kind of service anymore?!?! I am switching all my scripts over first thing Monday morning!

The pharmacist at B&B Pharmacy is 100 % patient-need oriented and strives to give excellent and complete service. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
