Horrible experience! I went here to return an item to another company. That company gave me a label & a letter stating that The UPS Store would package the item at no cost to me (UPS was to bill the company). The manager (daughter of owner) told me I had to pay even though the letter stated otherwise. I was told to leave if I didn't like it. I asked to speak to the manager (she stated that was her) or I could speak to the owner. I gave him my letter & explained that I should not be charged; the girl came over and was very nasty, telling me I didn't know their policy. I said she was being nasty, and as soon as I said that, the owner Charles, told me to get the h*ll out of his store. I said that I was just trying to send my package & she did not need to be nasty. He then told me to get the f*ck out of his store. I am sorry if this is how the company conducts business. The girl was being nasty & I had every right to state that. His reaction was solely based on her being his child.
