Steven Proper, MD, JD, MPH, CHRM has been practicing Dermatologic, Mohs, and Cutaneous Cosmetic Surgery in the Tampa Bay Area for 25+ years. He is Board Certified by the American Boards of Dermatology, Internal Medicine and Endocrinology and Metabolism. Dr. Proper is fellowship trained in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology, has a Master of Public Health in Management and Finance and is a Certified Healthcare Risk Manager. He has been elected to Fellowship in the American College of Legal Medicine and holds an appointment as Affiliate Associate Professor in Medicine (Dermatology) at the University of South Florida. He is a frequent lecturer on skin disease, skin cancer, and cosmetic dermatologic procedures.
