My name is Danielle Kies and I am the owner of Shear Genius Hair Studio I took cosmetology in high school threw phcc and when I graduated in 2003 I also had my cosmetology license. I have been doing hair ever since and i'm going on 10 yrs. I have worked at 2 different Regis Salons and a few other major salons in spring hill before i decided to branch out on my own, and I recently took over this salon so i am excited to take on this new adventure. I love the fact of using organic products because it makes my salon more different the most and you will notice there isn't any harsh chemical smells when u walk in.

I went to this salon once when it was a different owner horrible experience I told myself I'd never go back it was dirty the owner was dirty herself it was just very unprofessional. I was recommended to Danielle which is the new owner it took me a little bit to actually go but what a difference the place looks amazing what a change she has done very clean very professional and I LOVED what she did to my hair. People will even stop me when I'm out at the stores and ask who did my high lights. Highly recommend Danielle and her salon.
Danielle did an amazing job on my hair. She knows the latest styles to even the most conservative styles. Love this salon and would recommend this salon to everyone!!
Found Shear Genius in YP, near my home so I decided to give it a try, and I am so glad I did. Cassandra the owner was my stylist, she is very skilled and eager to please. A refreshing change for me. My wife and I were customers of cuts by us on Mariner Blvd. where Lori worked. Lori is an excellent stylist, so when we became disenchanted with the treatment and quality of the shops manager, we wanted to switch to Lori. To our surprise and delight, Lori opened Shear Genius. We visited her and received the best treatment!
Her prices are very reasonable (actually, quite low) and her service is the best. She wants very much to please her clients.
This shop is a "must try". I'm sure you will be pleased.
