I love this program. They are with you every step of the way and when you reach your goal weight they put you on a maintenance program to keep you where you want to be. The staff is wonderful and you can see Dr Kroll if you need to..I am sure the person that is not happy with this program didn't do what she was asked to do. I know a lot of happy people on this program. My husband and I both do this and have lost over 30 pounds each..you have to eat right, exercise and don't cheat....keep up the great work Dr.Kroll and staff...

I started the program in November 2006 and loved it! I weighed 202 lbs when I started on Nov 4 and by mid march I was down to 142, but ate right and exercised religiously. I kept the weight off and sent countless people to Dr. Kroll who watched my success. After having a baby 5 months ago, I plan to return to Dr. Kroll after I stop nursing knowing that losing weight is a slow process unless you get some help! I encourage anyone to try it and find out for yourself. My ONLY side affect was my hair thinned out (and this also happened to a friend of mine). Luckily for me, I have ALOT of hair and it wasn't noticeable to anyone but me when my thick ponytail wasn't quite so thick! Good luck!

I started the program and it was working well until my feet started swelling, blistering and a rash formed. I called for help at the clinic and was told that it was my problem and that they could not help me. They told me that they would only give me a B-12 shot and the phentermine. This is supposed to be supervised by a physician. I only saw him when I started. When I asked to see him with the reaction that I was getting I was denied. The r on staff told me to take benedryl through a CNA on staff that is administering shots (against the law RN and LPN only to give injections medications). Think twice before you go. They just want to take your money. So on a scale from one to ten, I rate this place a negative.
