I couldn't write this review without rating it so I had to give it one star. However, my experience with this company, and their staff that is always changing was horrific. They are supposed to be in the business of helping you care for your loved ones when you can't due to circumstances. I had care setup with them, and I had different nannies all the time. Sometimes they would show sometimes not. I was not compensated for this issue. However, if you cancel last minute you are to pay the nanny for a portion of their time for doing NOTHING. I will never use them again or recommend them.
