If you do not question them, they are nice. IF you question WHY they will do a procedure, or ask for any explanation for the work you will have done, they will perceive it as having an attitude, (even if it is just wanting an explanation about what is going on) and Dr. Espino will refuse to see you and will also refuse to answer why he is dismissing you as a patient. I questioned what was being done, they dismissed me. Sophia, the office manager who refused to give me her name, was unprofessional to say the least. They have overcharged me since day one.. and I had to continuously provide the insurance paperwork to them. THEN she was mad at me about it. They told me it would be 177.. but my insurance said 50.. and when i questioned that, they refused service. BE careful, they also overcharged services for my children and a cleaning was more than just a cleaning.. they don't tell you the extra stuff they are doing which will cost you more money, whether you want it or not.
