Very unprofessional. I watched the owner curse at and verbally abuse the staff, one of whom was training on her first day. Every other word out of her mouth was the F word. Then she would talk under her breath so everyone could hear saying things like " doesn't anyone know how to F**sweep?" but not once did I see her try to teach or correct the employees. I also overheard her talking about how she can't find any decent help and most people are just lazy slobs. I witnessed two out of three employees cry during a six hour period. Worst of all these young girls seemed to be really o do a good job and did not appear lazy at all. Her husband is also involved and I witnessed him inappropriately touch one of the girls, which appeared to make her very uncomfortable. I spoke with one employee alone in the restroom, she was in tears. She said she needs her job so bad but doesn't knowhow much more emotional and verbal abuse she can tolerate. She says her hours are unpredictable and often they drive three hours to a job but does not get compensated for the driving time, mileage or gas. The cleaning job was average but I would never hire that company again due to their lack of respect for their employees. I know why she cannot keep good help, she is a cruel miserable person who abuses her employees. She also sits back and allows her creepy husband to make sexual advances towards her female employees. The owner I am speaking of is Peggy. She does not deserve to be in business and I predict she wont be much longer. I was also told by this employee that her pay rate was $10.75 an hour but she never got paid that amount because supposedly there is a contract saying that if the job is not done to standards she only gets minimum wage, but she was NEVER trained on what these standards were. As a business owner I am appalled at the actions of this company and be surprised if they get a law suit soon.
