      WHO ARE WE ? We are a local home maintenance company that was started in 2007 to service our in-house property management business. As many of the homes we maintenance became 2 years old we began to have issues with the dryer vents that vented through the roof. As they became clogged, tenants were calling to complain that their dryers no longer worked properly. After investing some time and money we educated ourselves on the dangers and the correct solutions to resolve the lint build up in the dryer vent systems. We use a specialized high- speed rotary brush combined with a power-vac to brush and vac the entire system. We can not only guarantee our results we are also $1,000,000 Insured. WHAT WE DO: We inspect and clean your dryer vent free of lint from the dryer to the roof. We do not only just clean the vent, we also clean the inside of the dryer, transition connections and the screens on the roof vents that often clog. WHO NEEDS US? If it has been over a year since your dryer vents have been professionally cleaned. If your dryer is taking longer than 50 min to dry a load, you may need them cleaned.
