though we pay for channels were not getting....we have to buy converter box to get them.. we are paying for cable so why does the customer have more expence to buy the box??...why shouldn't the cable company furnish it.?? we have to have it in order to get their channels. Spring City Cable TV is not good...wish we hav another cable company to choose from

I would like to thank the guys that take care of this system! They quickly reacted to a service glitch and made arrangements to get us service until it could be corrected. Tech. was very nice and helpful in restoring service! Regular system seems to be working again! Bill
