I was having the hardest time trying to find someone that can look at my mover and saw. They have done a GREAT job, GREAT price, and they treat you like a person. I am still bring my stuff to them (well they come pick it up).

I had them cleanup/tuneup my very old Lowes riding mower about 3 years ago and they did a great job at a reasonable price. I now have my riding mower and push mower back to them and expect that I'll get the same quality service - staY TUNED

I don't know if my lawnmower is repaired yet. This repair shop is the Lowe's service authorized shop, and so it was not my choice to send my mower here for warranty service but Lowe's. They picked it up in a timely manner. A week went by. No phone call. I was busy and could have cared less if it was fixed or not but it would have been nice to have had an update, so my (home on travel , like he needs this) calls and gets the story that the belt for our model had to be replaced and was a special, proprietary part and was on order.. but the good news is it would be in on the next Monday, and then it would be delivered no later than that coming Friday. TWO Fridays have since passed. Still no mower. No phone call. I'm calling Lowe's and getting an extension on my warranty service and will have THEM come mow my lawn. Ridiculous!
