Walked in 15 minutes before appointment. Two stylists were there with clients. No smiles, no greeting. The lady asks if I have an appointment. I say yes, at 2:00. What's your name, she asks. I answer. Who is your appointment with, she asks. (Well if it isn't with her, wouldn't it have to be with the only other stylist in the building?) I say Dominic. Now the gentlemen chimes in (who had to know I was his next client all along), to say he's running 45 minutes late, so if I could just go do whatever and come back later, that would be great (for who??). What terrible customer service and how rude, not to call ahead of time (you don't run 45 minutes late just all of a sudden) to try to reschedule, and to APOLOGIZE. I work a second job on the weekends and already scheduled the whole Saturday around this appointment. I've never had such an unfriendly, inconsiderate, and unprofessional experience as a first-time customer at any salon (or anywhere, period). I would never come back here.
