Highly recommended. The shuttle to and from location is a plus during the week, now I don't have to go on the weekends when I get my car serviced. Prompt courteous service and the quotes they give ar almost accurate to the penny for the service requested. I have been a long time customer and will not go anywhere else.

Very good communication and professionalism. Service was scheduled and executed promptly. Source of check engine light was communicated clearly and the pros and cons fairly presented.

I was pleased. Luke was very pleasant to work with. I was a bit discouraged when the wrong catalytic converter was ordered or sent but glad that Luke discovered it. That could have been a very expensive mistake for me.

I am always impressed with the service I receive...the service managers are helpful, courteous and informative. I have had so much confidence in my Rav 4 until the other day when the tie rod rusted through and nearly lost my life and anyone else's who would have been driving close to me. I am still shook up about the whole thing, and cannot understand how a 4 year old vehicle can have a bad tie rod, and I don't understand how I didn't know that there had been a recall on it.
People like Nick, in service dept, is why I will continue to not only own a toyota, but will purchase my next toyota from Larry H Miller. Thanks Nick for great customer service.

Brought my Prius v w/ATP in for its 12 month service including removal of my winter tires/wheels and bolt-on of my summer tires/wheels and the centering of my steering wheel. Everything was done as requested in approximately 7 hours and my vehicle was returned all washed and ready. Great job, as expected from Larry Miller.

I arrived to pick-up my car after school with my two very active boys. Everyone in the service department was so friendly. They kept my children occupied while I spoke to another employee about my car. I appreciate the immediate service, the friendly nature, and the professionalism I always receive.

We make it a point to get our SERVICE done at this dealership, and are always glad we've gone out of our way to do so. (We drive a Prius, so we can justify putting in the extra miles!)

would recommend this dealer to anyone. they were very thorough in explaining all the safety features and creature comforts
I was very satisfied with my service and the way Chris kept me abreast with everything. The only complaint I have, the inside of my truck was not very clean and I put towels down so no grease would get on the floors or seats. They removed my floor mats and towel and I ended up with some grease on my carpet on the drivers and passenger side. I was not to happy with that. Again, Chris was great to deal with.

DURING A ROUTINE OIL-CHANGE TECHNICIANS FIGURED OUT MY SPARE TIRE WAS FLAT AND RE-INFLATED IT. CHANGING A TIRE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD IS HARD ENOUGH... IMAGINE HOW STUPID I WOULD HAVE FELT WITH A FLAT SPARE. LARRY MILLER HELPED ME AVOID A VERY FRUSTRATING PIT STOP ALONG I-90. THANKS
They did an excellent job of servicing our car, we were very pleased. The staff are all very friendly and nice.
