This is the ONLY shop we use for our 2 rainbow vacs. Honest and reliable. We won't go anywhere else.

After much research, i bought a Riccar Vibrance vacuum from J&J Vacuum. I am really happy with the vacuum, it is the best vacuum I have owned! And the service from J&J is 5 star for sure. If you are in need of a high quality vacuum, not the big box stuff, go to J & J vacuum!

I Just love there fast and curtiues service. They seem to always have what i need or get it for me. There service work is great and i never had to wait more then a day or to get my vacuum going again.
I have been using this shop for a couple years. I bought a used vacuum there after the guy helped me pick out what I needed. He made sure I was happy and even let me bring it in for a couple times with a very minimal charge to clean it out. I did notice a bit of little "snip" when I came in one day, but he was slammed and provided such excellent service that I didn't even care. I would have been in a hurry as well! I still go back for my bags (very inexpensive) and I would advise anyone to use this shop! Stellar!
I have been taking my vacuum to this shop for awhile and until today was pleased with the service. Unfortunately I received (upon calling back after a repair left my vacuum extremely noisy) a sarcastic and rude attitude from the guy who handled my vacuum. When I brought the vacuum in it wasn't nearly as noisy as when I picked it up from the shop. He told me if I am not happy I can bring it else where. Well, I think I will take him up on his suggestion.

I just moved to the South Hill and was so pleased to find this vacuum shop. The service was friendly and quick for and excellent price. This is a family owned and run shop that I will definitely return to when I need a new vacuum or a repair on my current one. Thanks for the service!
