I would NOT recommend this facility!Staff is unprofessional, inattentive and flaky. I was saw Dr. Norquist at the Spokane Valley location, and after review of an MRI I had done, I decided to have surgery. He told me on a Friday morning that he would give my records to his scheduling person and have them call me to schedule it. I waited until 4:30 that afternoon and decided to call this person because I had not received a call yet. I called and they told me she was out that day, so I left a voice mail for her to call me Monday. Monday comes, no phone call. So that afternoon I call back and she tells me that the doctor didn't give her my records or the necessary forms to schedule the surgery AND now he is out for a week now.So I called another clinic to change Doctors and Facility (see my review for Inland Orthopedic Specialists) and was told "I couldn't do that because it is a very tight-knit community". WHAT?! That is a complete lie. I'm going to Rockwood Clinic now.
