Carlson Sheet Metal Works, founded in 1946, is a sheet metal fabricator working in various areas of metal, including architectural sheet metal, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, carbon steel and other specialty metals. It was started as a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning company installing residential ductwork. The company offers custom aluminum and stainless fabrication services for aluminum boats, stainless hoods and sinks, architectural sheet metal roof and panel systems for industrial, commercial and residential customers, and HVAC systems. It is also involved in retail metal sales of aluminum, brass, carbon, copper, and galvanized and stainless steel. The firm provides rolled plate, structural, tubing and machining services. It is a member of the Inland Northwest Sheet Metal Contractors' Association, Associated General Contractors of America, Sheet Metal/Air Conditioning National Association, and Spokane Homebuilders Association. Carlson Sheet Metal Works is open Monday through Friday, and is headquartered in Spokane, Wash.
