      This company is suppose to be our lawn care company, sprinkler system, treatments, weekly mowing. This is a second home that we maybe visit once a month. Do you think we could get a call about our grass being DEAD! NO! They turned on the sprinkler system and are there every week. Are the mowers color blind? . I prepay for the year so I guess once they get your money they could care less!!! What I'm asking for is common sense customer service. If it's dead let me know. Call collect if you must, just let me know!!!! If it's a sprinkler problem, fix it. Is this the first time this happened? NO. Same thing happened last year. Husband was upset when I decided to give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE on my part!!!! I do not recommend this company and will try to get a refund and hire a lawn company that can identify a problem before my lawn is DEAD!!!!!!
