My car is about 10 years old but has been cared for. The place where the insurance company sent me to for an estimate told me to do a buy back if the car was totaled although the repairs were several hundred dollars less than allowed. The car was totaled for a fender bender. I called around and everyone quoted basically the same price for repairs except Jason, the owner of Boston Body Shop. His concerns were my car being repaired at a cost I could afford & making sure I had transportation during repairs. The things I expected from my insurance company. My car was repaired within a week. It looks as good as new and no rattles. I will always sing Jason's praises for his word means something and he takes pride in his work, but what stands out the most is he really cares about people during their time of crisis.
