The Biltmore is located on the South hill in the heart of Spokane. We are a bit older than other apartments but are very much maintained. The rent includes your water, sewer, garbage bill and one carport. We have an outdoor pool and a small fitness center. Our office hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are also open Sunday from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Please call to set up a tour! Walk-ins are always welcomed!
