Welcome to Achieve Spokane Physical Therapy. We have been providing physical therapy at our south hill office for 14 years. We specialize in the treatment of: • Pain and dysfunction related to trauma • Surgeries • Aging • Sports • Neurological dysfunctions caused by stroke or neuromuscular disease Almost all insurance's are accepted and we do have special rates for private pay clients. Achieve Spokane Physical Therapy is located at 3010 S SE Blvd., Spokane, WA 99223 , in the South Hill Family Medicine Building. We are in the lower level in Suite F. 1. When you come in for the first time, we will help you complete some forms so we can bill your insurance company for your services. We accept almost all insurance plans and we have special rates for private pay clients. 2. Each patient is evaluated before treatment begins. Evaluation includes measurements for strength and range of motion as well as history related to the injury. 3. Once we have a functional diagnosis, we decide on a treatment plan that may include phonophoresis, massage, or various electrical stimulation devices. 4. Once your pain is controlled, our client will start exercising to regain strength and flexibility. 5. And finally, a home exercise
