This place isn't even worth the one star... it should be lower. THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF! Where do I even begin to express the corruption. No attendance on site, the only time they come out is to write tickets when no one is around. We had paid to park, they and fined us anyways. I sent them THREE emails, Called the company THREE times, no help what so ever. Finally we decided to pay the ticket to avoid it going into collections (which they make you responsible for paying any extra fees incurred during this process). They also charge an extra $3.50 for "convince paying" online. Terrible company only out to make a buck. Avoid at ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!

I parked at the lot managed by ABM at the Amtrak Station. I checked and double checked the number of my space. I then went strait to the pay box and put in 17 quarters. The cost for 24 hours is $4. I was there 13.5 hours and ended up with a $20 no payment ticket. I am absolutely positive I paid. They need to hire honest and/or smarter people.
