product is good, customer service is VERY BAD. when we got there it took the owner a long while to even to say I'll be with you soon. Then when we had a problem he said he would fix it and order the part. now there is no reply call after call and after 6 weeks still no part! we live an hour and 45 min out of town so its hard for me to drive there but we have twice for this part , and they are no help
