Gardens on University is a provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. It is a 120-plus-bed facility that has been operational since 1987. The center offers services for individuals in Spokane County in Washington. Gardens on University also provides case management, discharge planning, cancer recovery, digestive disease support, and respite and hospice care solutions. It offers physical and occupational therapies. In addition, the center provides VitalStim therapy, which reduces the pain and inconvenience of dysphagia. Gardens on University offers various life enrichment programs. It is owned and operated by Extendicare, which has more than 180 centers in the United States.
