I'm a Rockwood patient for 15+ yrs and have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia, painful but am a productive member of society. I take Hydrocodone 5/325 three times a day as one of my medications. My drs. told me it's a small dose and better than high amounts of ibuprofen that will rip apart my stomach. I have taken UA's to prove I'm not abusing it, always used Rockwood, and never asked for an early fill. I had a UA last month at 220+ dollars. I went to get my rx for this month and another UA request! I cannot afford this and my husband was not thrilled when we got the last bill so I said I had to check with him! I called later and spoke to a patient advocate who said I refused to take the test. LIE! I have a new provider and made an appt beginning of May, first time I can see her is October 31st. Tried 3 times to get appt sooner! I am appalled at the treatment I have gotten and will find a new doctor, suffering in pain until then!!

Provided by YP.comBesides the wait, I had a good result thru them. Professional, understanding, had empathy, made me feel welcome & listened to me about the issue I was having. Took the time to make sure they understood what I was explaining to them. I will go back when needed...

Provided by YPmobileI have been going to this rockwood lab for my quarterly blood tests for over 5 yrs now and am displeased with their services. Fisrt I was forgotten about and if I hadn't noticed others being called that had arrived after me I don't know how long I would have waited. And recently I went in and it happened again. This time it was due to a printer errot. How many times does something have to go wrong b4 they sit up and pay attention to whats going on there. There is to many patients waiting and not enough people to help them. And when a gentleman complained the office manager replied rudely to wait minute. Then she rudly told him of the printer error and they were fixing the problem. Finally after waiting for 5 minutes they called him. He did arrive b4 me but I was disappointed in how she handled the whole thing. We are not a bother just waiting for service and have a right to ask why and when we will be helped. Please do something to ensure this doesn't happen again. One more time and I will go get my blood drawn from some other co. I don't like feeling like I am an inconvenience when I am there under drs orders. I deserve better than that and so did the gentleman sitting next to me.
