Told my boy needed a pre vetcheck for dental cleaning. He checked out great. Strong heart no murmer. Brought back 2 days later for cleaning. Was taking longer than expected so called to check on him. Was told he was in cleaning now and pick up at 4:30. Called me back at 3:39 to discuss some sad news...what? What? Whats wrong? I am sorry to tell you his heart stopped and he is dead. Cannot explain the grief and guilt for trusting them with him. They are covering up thier negligence and will never be able to convince me,otherwise.
