BEWARE Shop at your own risk. Other mothers South Hill and Spokane Valley location are owned by the same people other locations are not it is a franchise company. I say this because not all other mothers are bad. It took me a few bad experiences to finally write a review so I will share each of them. The first issue was for a vibrating infant seat. The brand was bright starts and the seat was missing one or two toys that hang above the baby I am still not even sure if the toy bar even stays in place or is also broken as well. They had the seat priced at $40 when I first saw it it seemed high but I liked it and ended up buying it anyway. I went home and looked online finding that even the most expensive Bright Starts vibrating seat was only $60 new. I didn't complain because I like the seat. My second/third issue came from buying a used CANALOOP brand maternity support belt. I loved the belt so much after I bought it for 19.99 that I went home to look online at ordering another one only to find out that I could buy it new for the everyday low price of $19. I called the store to ask for in store credit for the $10 difference. I was told by the person who priced it that there was nothing he could do about me over paying for my item, but that they had another belt in store that he would sell to me for the correct price of $10. Still not being satisfied with that solution I decided to wait and call back when I could talk to the owner/ manager named Lisa. This was when I finally decided that I was going to write this review. She said that the gentleman I spoke to one the phone had no authority to lower the price on the second belt and that the only solution would be to return the belt I purchased and that she would knowingly sell it at full retail price of 19.99 to another person. That's not only bad customer service now it has crossed the line to bad morals. Thanks to Lisa I will now be taking all of my business else where. All this being said I am not a cheap person trying to nickle and dime, but Other Mothers advertises as basing their prices at 50% off retail or lower. Just in the month of July alone I spent hundreds of dollars on baby items for my baby girl due in November. The second of many children my husband and I plan on having. Beware of Other Mothers Spokane Valley and South Hill locations.
