Opportunity Elementary School offers a variety of academic and enrichment programs to more than 400 students in kindergarten through grade five. The school offers health and fitness, literacy, Title I and special education programs. Opportunity Elementary School offers an accelerated reader program that is used to monitor the quality and quantity of reading practices engaged in by the students. The school conducts academic classes in science, social studies, math, reading, computer instruction and physical education. It is a part of the Central Valley School District, which operates more than 20 elementary, middle and high schools and serves over 12,000 students annually. Opportunity Elementary School has been operational for more than 25 years and is located in Spokane Valley, Wash.
