Founded in 1976, Divcon Inc. is a full-service design-build contractor in Spokane Valley, Wash., specializing in tilt-up concrete buildings for private customers and developers. Other services include the areas of predevelopment, tenant improvements and specialty concrete. Tenant improvements include offices, restaurants, medical facilities, nursing home facilities and industrial usages for various tenants. Divcon Inc.'s specialty concrete services cover insulated concrete forms, pre-cast concrete walls, post tensioned concrete and tower foundations. Some of the company's completed projects feature the Inland Empire Paper, Mansfield Crossing, Itronix, Divcon World Headquarters, University of Phoenix, Franklin Park Medical Center and Boeing Employees Credit Union.
