The coldest week of the year and of course our 25 year old furnace died. After HVAC guys reviewed our options we entertained 3 bids for a new furnace. SCS's ERIC provided us with available Lennox options, never once trying to up-sell or suggest anything more than a practical replacement furnace geared towards our needs. He was optimistic, friendly and courteous and we immediately felt we were in the right hands. He arranged for fast delivery of our furnace choice and within 36 hours his very experienced and personable installer/tech DON was on site with his helper Cody. Out with the old and in with the new in four (4) hours.
