Bought a 2003 Jeep Liberty for my wife from here and it broke down less then 2 weeks after. After repeated calls and no response took it back even tho it over heated every few miles made it there and he was actually there and he looked it over messed with it and sent me on my way it overheated just a mile or so away tried calling left messages and that was months ago still have never had a call back this car was supposed to have been serviced and have no problems but has been broke since 2 or 3 weeks after we bought it. I know it may not be an expensive vehicle but 3000 dollars was a lot to us.

I drove from Newport out to Tiny's to look at a 4x4 truck posted on Craig's list. The very first thing I did was shake hands with Eric (Tiny) to see if his hands were coated with chicken slime... Nope.. Warm firm and huge..... and he shook hands like he meant it it....He walked me out to the truck I was interested, explained all the good and the bad (well used truck), what he had repaired and what he hadn't repaired. I took it for a spin with my wife and decided it wasn't what I was after. I asked Tiny (his friends call him Tiny, and I am proud to call him that) if there was something else on the lot that would meet my needs as I explained them to him.... he looked around, mentioned the good and bad of several vehicles, then led me over to a vehicle he was using... He had just come back from Seattle with it, it had a car engine in the bed and he said that it was the best vehicle on the lot for the price.... I drove it... bought it. Of course that meant he had to juggle some things around in the snow to get the engine out of the back which he did cheerfully without and sounds of inconvenience or irritation... "naaah... no problem... give me a minute and I get that out of there for you..."While Tine was filling out all the paper work we had time for small talk.... I found him well educated, articulate and when he answered a phone call, I learned he was fluent in Spanish, and not Spanish as a second language....... milk language fluent. So.... articulate, educated and bilingual.. I wonder if the person with the attitude is as fortunate.So we take the vehicle home, and a couple hours later I get a phone call from Tiny asking if everything was ok with the vehicle during my dive back to Newport and if he could do anything else for me..... Class act.Small lot, not a real huge selection, but pretty diverse. I like Tiny. I trust Tiny. If you are looking for a used car I think you should take a look at Tiny's Sales and Service. The worst that can happen is that you meet a good guy that doesn't happen to have the car you want.

Bought a great 1992 Ford F250. Easy transaction and no hassle. Even MORE amazing, there was an issue with the tailgate, and they spent an hour getting it dialed in. Certainly didn't have to do it, but it goes to show you that they go way beyond. Simply the best car buying experience. Period. And i'll trade chicken grease for awesome people any day.

I recently bought a truck from Erik the owner of the car lot and repair shop and I'm very happy with the truck.he let me take it to a shop to get checked over and the mechanic confirmed down to the T what Erik had told me what he had done to the truck so being honest he is very and very fair on his prices.I has a happy customer I recamened stoping by for a car or truck or repair work.

I'm very sorry the other reviewer had such a bad experience at this lot. I have now purchased 1 car from Tiny and also had him work on my son's car. I will continue to refer people to him as when I had an issue a couple weeks after I bought my car he quickly fixed it for me at no charge - even though I purchased the car "as is". Great, Honest, Car lot and service.

I stopped in to see if I could make a deal with one of their trucks and soon found out that they were less than honest with their operation. I was conversing with the older gentleman fine and he knew what I was after as far as the rig I wanted and then next thing I know fat boy is taking over with a vergence, oh and by the way, if your going to shake hands with someone, have the decency to clean the chicken gizzard grease from your hands. And I know It's hard to understand sir, but people do get passed the 5th. grade these days, unlike your self. Respect goes a long way, might try it next time a poor soul visits your minuscule lot.
