Awesome customer service!! On vacation in December our car broke down. They came and towed it in 0 degree temperature and fixed it the same day that we had it towed there, The owner was great and he did the work himself. Very Clean shop!! Thanks for being so great!!

DO NOT go here!!!!! We were told that our would be fixed in under two weeks at a cost of less than $1800. Reality was that it took them over 6 weeks at a cost of over $2300. They repeatedly gave us false information about time frames and cost. They talked a good talk, but at the end of the day it was all lies. Once we did finally have our car it we got less than 200 miles down the road before we broke down again with issues related to the initial problem. It cost us over $1000 in addition to the original $2300 to get the car fixed right. When we contacted Nielsen's Auto Repair about our situation they ignored our phone calls for weeks until finally we got a hold of the owner who then once again spoke of nicely and he was going to make it right, however when we tried to follow up they ignored us once again. We ended up cancelling our credit card payment and our credit card company went after him. At the end of the day the moral of the story is Do Not go to Nielsen Auto Repair.

"Repaired a vehicle - took only FIVE weeks, kep "finding" more issues. Had to make 1,000 mile round trip, to find out car was not ready when promised. Finally able to pick up car, three hours later new belt came off, power-steering fluid burnt - and nor response from Nielsen. Not a place to recommend to any one!
