      General Info

      The Lehman family bought the former Willis-Elliott orchard in January 2013. We are in the process of reclaiming the 1400 tree orchard. This year we have apple wood, which provides a mildly sweet flavor to BBQ meats, #3 apples for jams, jellies, butters and other apple products and crab apples which add great flavor to jellies. We have a limited supply of #1 and #2 apples as well.
