Opie's Rocks!! 2 or 3 different Ribs, Brisquet, Sausages, Chicken, Pork Chops + more daily until it's gone (or 86'ed in restaurant speak). When you walk in the door you know it's the real deal when they open the holding oven to let you choose your cut and you smell that smoke. You continue through the line and can choose side dishes; Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Cole Slaw and be sure to try the Tater-tot Casserole or any of the variety of huge (big enough to share) delicious Brownies and other desserts. After you settle up and get your drinks, proceed to your table then make your way to the Center Bar for Pickles, Onions, Jalapenos, Hot Sauce, Bread, Warmed BBQ Sauce and the Star of the Non-Meat Show... bottomless Pinto Beans... and on the weekend they also have bottomless Lima Beans. The staff is courteous and helpful and Opie is just about the most friendly fellow you ever met. He learned the biz working at Cooper's BBQ in Llano but frankly I think his food is better & cheaper too.

Since moving into their new facility the food has really improved as well as the service.
