DELICIOUS FOOD, EXCELLENT SERVICE.

This restaurant needs people with some training in customer service. They also seem to always be understaffed. I stopped after work on a Friday evening to pick up an order I had phoned in earlier. I sat at the window for 15 minutes before anyone even came to wait on me. Then once I paid, I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes on my order. I thought I would give them another chance so I called in my order today again, on my way home. Ordered a philly pubwich and calzone. I told the girl specifically, I wanted t/l/m on the pubwich (they stopped adding it for whatever reason). I told her twice actually. Picked it up, no t/l/m. So I went in and a blonde girl came and asked me what I needed, I told her. She said, "Oh we don't add that anymore". I said, "I asked for it, twice". So she looks disgusted, takes my pubwich and says, "I'll fix it. She brings it back out with the t/l/m slopped on the sandwich. I paid $17.00 for a calzone and a pubwich not fit to eat for the last time.

We arrived at lunch so we could eat the pizza and salad bar. First was that they had no change....then there was only one pizza on thebar and it was cold......every table was covered in dishes....and we had to clear a table just to sit.....people started comming in and getting the bar as well.....we waited and waited for more food to be brought out. Never happened. I can understand if you are under staffed but we felt as if they didnt want to help us in any way...so we wont be eating here anymore. One more thing....it could use a good cleaning...it is a new business but it has ran down fast ...which is a shame.
