Very professional, but still very friendly and personable and compassionate. Prices are super reasonable. Simply put, they are the BEST!!!!

12/12/2016I got an adult male dog, Teddy about 2 weeks ago. I took him to my vet and had him vaccinated and wormed and put on a monthly heart-worm preventive. My vet and I discussed cleaning his teen and neutering him. The vet gave him an exam and looked at his teeth. I made the mistake: I thought I would take advantage of the free Oklahoma City spay program for residents and made him and appointment at the Animal Birth Control Clinic in Spencer (not my long term vet) to get him neutered. I also made him an appointment to get his teeth cleaned for an additional $85.00. Many years ago I worked at a dental office in Edmond. I have an interest in teeth. I was very aware of the condition of his teeth before I took him to his appointment. I had even cleaned his teeth the best I could with doggy toothpaste and a wash clothe. I picked him up today Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 4:00PM. After he started to feel better I was excited to see his clean teeth but unfortunately two of his front teeth were chipped at the Animal Birth Control Spencer office. I have not got to look at all his teeth since he doesnt want to be bothered. P.S By going to this place my dog now has at least 2 cracked teeth one looks like its cracked to the gum line, he doesn't want me touching his mouth. I also discovered they knocked out one of his front small teeth next to the cracked one. I think it still has a root in his mouth. This is awful and demoralizing and I'm in shock. It is easy to tell it just happened the broken teeth are sharp and his gum look like it just happened. I should have went to the vet I have used for 30 years. This place showed me I was a fool and butchered my dog. These people are monsters not to tell me so I could have gotten him immediate help. I feel so bad.
