They killed my cat. 18 mo old perfectly healthy cat. I took her in to get her fixed and went to pick her up they handed her to me in a trash sack and said that she made it through the surgery but then she turned blue and died. Please dont take your pet here.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES. MY DAUGHTER AND I BROUGHT OUR EIGHTEEN YEAR OLD DOG LUCY TO BE EUTHANIZED. I CALLED 2 DAYS EARLIER AND WAS TOLD WE COULD STAY WITH HER UNTIL THE END. THEY GAVE HER THE FIRST SHOT, WE WERE UPSET OF COURSE, THEN THE TALL SKINNY LONG HAIRED WOMAN COMES IN TELLS US WE HAVE TO LEAVE. I TOLD HER WE WERE TOLD WE COULD STAY. SHE SAYS NO, THEY DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE IN CASE THEY SPASM. ISN'T THAT OUR CHOICE? THEN SHE TELLS US IF WE DON'T HURRY WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 10 OR 15 MORE MINUTES BECAUSE THEY WERE BUSY WITH SURGERIES. I DON'T CARE HOW CHEAP THEY ARE THAT WOMAN WAS THE MOST UNCOMPASSIONATE PERSON WE'VE EVER COME ACROSS. SHE MADE US LEAVE. WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED AFTER WE LEFT. SHE WAS BLEEDING THROUGH HER NOSE WHEN WE GOT HER BODY BACK. DID SHE DO SOMETHING TO HER? DID SHE CARE THAT SHE MADE AN ALREADY TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE EVEN WORSE. I'M SURE SHE DOESN`T CARE, SHE MADE THAT CRYSTAL CLEAR BY THE WAY WE WERE TREATED. I HAVE WARNED PEOPLE NOT TO GO THERE OR TO DONATE TO THEM. I AM STILL ANGRY AND I WILL NEVER, NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WILL GIVE MY NEGATIVE OPINION ABOUT THIS PLACE. IT MAY SOUND SILLY BUT I PROMISED LUCY I WOULD STAY WITH HER. IT HAUNTS ME NOT BEING ABLE TO STAY WITH HER AND WONDERING IF SHE SUFFERED AFTER WE LEFT HER. WE WILL NEVER KNOW AND WE WILL NEVER GET OVER THIS. SHAME ON THAT WOMAN! Debbie Johnson

Had my boys neutered here and had their shots updated, busy clinic but absolutely no complaints from me. Great for fixed income households, very affordable!!

I've have had all of my own pets and a few friends pets spayed and neutered at this clinic. They are a great staff and the prices are great for those on a fixed income. Even getting shots is a breeze. I recommend this clinic to everyone!

We absolutely LOVE this clinic and program! They have done multiple animals for us for FREE when money was tight and they are always helpful and polite. The veterinarian is kind and the staff is friendly and professional. This clinic should be the example used for all low cost clinics- they are amazing at what they do!!!!!

I had no problems at all my female dog she healed quickly and you can't even see much of a scar

My cat is fine. I had him fixed here. It's a busy clinic and sometimes people make mistakes.

These people lost my cat. Their worker opened the carrier while it was sitting on the ground beside my van in place of bring it to me to open inside the vehicle and the traumatized cat ran off. They took no responsibility and I later found Thomas about 3 miles north dead. He apparently was trying to come home. They even charged me for neutering him! The stitches on my female animals look like a 5 year old did them. I can not recommend this clinic to my worst enemy. They are unprofessional and are only out to get your money.
